Highrise Glass Industries is a glass processing and supply company based at Quaid-e-Azam Industrial Estate, Lahore. We operate a fully equipped processing facility where CNC cutting, edge polishing, tempering, and IGU assembly all happen under one roof.
Our business serves two distinct markets. On one side, we provide glass processing services to the glass trade — merchants, fabricators, and contractors who need accurate, reliable processing of glass they supply or source through us. On the other side, we supply finished architectural and interior glass products directly to architects, main contractors, developers, and end clients.
The two sides of the business share the same facility, the same machinery, and the same commitment to accuracy. What differs is who we are working with and what they need from us.

Our processing facility at Quaid-e-Azam Industrial Estate houses all four of our core processing capabilities — CNC cutting, edge polishing, tempering, and IGU assembly — in a single location. Processing jobs move between stages without leaving the facility, reducing handling, lead time, and the risk of damage.

Our Insulated Glass Unit production line is the centrepiece of our facility. It is a fully automatic line producing double-glazed sealed units to European standards, with an ISO 9001 certified production process and a capacity of over 250 units per day.
The ISO 9001 certification covers our quality management system for IGU production — incoming material inspection, automated assembly controls, and final unit inspection. It is a certification of our process, not a product test, but it is the documented foundation of the 10-year warranty we offer on every IGU unit we produce.
IGU manufacturing sits at the intersection of our two business branches. As a processing service, we manufacture IGU units for glass merchants and facade contractors who supply them to their own clients. As a product, we supply IGU units directly to developers, architects, and main contractors as the specified glazing for their buildings.

Specification Discussion
We start by understanding your requirements — glass type, dimensions, performance needs, and programme. For processing jobs, this means confirming what you need processed and to what specification. For product supply, it means understanding the application and advising on the right product.
Quotation & Confirmation
We provide a detailed quotation based on your confirmed specifications. Lead times, quantities, and processing requirements are agreed in writing before production begins.
Processing & Production
Your order is scheduled and processed in our facility. For multi-stage jobs — cutting, polishing, tempering, IGU assembly — all stages happen in sequence without the glass leaving our facility.
Delivery or Collection
Completed orders are packed and dispatched to your site or collected from our facility. We supply across Pakistan — delivery logistics are confirmed at order stage.
