EUROPEAN-STANDARD DOUBLE GLAZING.

Insulated Glass Units manufactured on a fully automatic line to European standards — ISO 9001 certified production, 10-year warranty, and the capacity to supply large projects at scale.

ISO 9001 Certified

Our IGU production process is independently certified under ISO 9001. This covers incoming material inspection, automated assembly controls, and final unit inspection — ensuring every unit leaves our facility to the same documented standard.

European Standard

European-standard double glazing, manufactured at our Lahore facility. We confirm pane selection, unit dimensions and overall thickness against your project requirements before production.

10-Year IGU Warranty

We offer a 10-year warranty on our IGU units. Contact our team for the written warranty terms applicable to your order — coverage and conditions are confirmed in writing at order stage.

The Product

WHAT IS AN INSULATED GLASS UNIT?

An Insulated Glass Unit — commonly called a double-glazed unit or IGU — consists of two panes of glass separated by a spacer frame and hermetically sealed around the perimeter. The sealed cavity between the panes acts as a thermal and acoustic barrier, significantly improving the performance of a glazed opening compared to a single pane of glass.

The spacer frame holds the two panes apart at a precise, consistent distance. The cavity is sealed with a primary seal at the spacer and a secondary structural seal around the perimeter, creating a unit that maintains its performance over its service life. Our automated production line applies both seals as part of a continuous, controlled process.

IGU units can be specified with different glass types in each pane — for example, a tinted or coated outer pane combined with a clear inner pane — to meet specific thermal, solar control, or aesthetic requirements. The specification for each project is discussed and confirmed before production.

ANATOMY OF AN IGU UNIT

OUTER PANEPRIMARY SEALSPACER FRAMESEALED CAVITYINNER PANESECONDARY SEAL
Outer Glass Pane — First glass pane — can be clear, tinted, coated, or laminated
Primary Seal — Butyl seal at the spacer interface — first moisture barrier
Spacer Frame — Aluminium or warm-edge spacer maintaining precise cavity width
Sealed Cavity — Air or gas-filled cavity providing thermal and acoustic insulation
Secondary Seal — Structural perimeter seal — bonds the unit and provides long-term integrity
Inner Glass Pane — Second glass pane — specification confirmed per project
Benefits

WHY SPECIFY IGU?

Thermal Comfort

The sealed cavity significantly reduces heat transfer through the glazed opening, improving comfort in both hot and cold conditions and reducing the load on air conditioning and heating systems.

Acoustic Performance

Double glazing can help reduce external noise when pane types, thicknesses and the cavity are selected for the application. Discuss your acoustic requirements with our team; performance depends on the complete glazing specification and installation.

Condensation Reduction

By keeping the inner pane closer to room temperature, IGU units significantly reduce the likelihood of condensation forming on the interior glass surface — a common problem with single glazing in air-conditioned buildings.

Solar Control

Specified with appropriate coatings or tinted glass, IGU units can reduce solar heat gain while maintaining natural light — important for Pakistan's climate and for buildings with large glazed areas.

Project-Specific Specification

Discuss pane selection, overall unit thickness and performance requirements with our team so the IGU specification suits your glazing system and project. Final specifications are confirmed before production.

Long-Term Performance

The quality of the seal determines how long an IGU unit performs. Our ISO 9001 certified production process and automated sealing ensure consistent seal quality — the foundation of our 10-year warranty.

Applications

WHERE IGU IS SPECIFIED

Commercial Office Buildings

High-rise and mid-rise office buildings with large glazed facades benefit significantly from IGU — reducing solar heat gain, improving occupant comfort, and lowering cooling loads.

Residential High-Rise

Apartment buildings and residential towers increasingly specify double glazing for thermal comfort, acoustic privacy, and reduced condensation in air-conditioned units.

Hotels & Hospitality

IGU can support comfortable hotel rooms by helping manage heat transfer and external noise through windows and glazed facades. Pane selection and the complete window system should reflect the location and guest-room requirements.

Curtain Wall & Facade Systems

IGU units are the standard infill panel for curtain wall and unitised facade systems on commercial buildings. We supply units to the dimensions and specifications required by the facade contractor.

Aluminium Window Systems

Modern aluminium window systems are designed to accept IGU units. We supply units to the rebate dimensions of your window system — contact us with the system details and we will confirm compatibility.

Cold Storage & Specialist Applications

For specialist applications, share the operating conditions and performance requirements with our team. We will confirm whether a suitable IGU specification can be supplied for your project.

Ordering

SPECIFICATION & ORDERING

Every IGU order is confirmed against a written specification. The following information is required to produce a quotation:

Unit dimensions

Width × height in millimetres for each unit size. Multiple sizes can be included in a single order.

Glass specification — outer pane

Glass type, thickness, and any coating or tint. We will advise on suitable options if you are not yet sure.

Glass specification — inner pane

Glass type and thickness. Often clear float, but can be specified differently for acoustic or other requirements.

Spacer width

The width of the cavity between the panes. Wider cavities generally improve thermal performance up to a point — we will advise based on your application.

Quantity per size

Number of units required for each size. Minimum order quantities may apply — confirm with our team.

Delivery programme

Required delivery date or programme. We will confirm lead time based on current production schedule.

10-YEAR IGU WARRANTY

We offer a 10-year warranty on our IGU units. Contact our team for the written warranty terms applicable to your order.

ISO 9001 Certified Production

Our IGU production process is ISO 9001 certified. The certification covers our quality management system — incoming material inspection, automated assembly controls, and final unit inspection. It is a certification of our production process, not a product performance test, and it is the documented foundation of the consistent quality we deliver.
