CURTAIN WALL GLASS SUPPLY.
Precision-processed glass panels for stick-built and unitised curtain wall systems — cut, processed, and supplied to your facade contractor's specification.
Curtain wall systems are the defining element of modern commercial architecture — the non-structural glass and aluminium skin that wraps a building's structure. The glass infill panels are the largest single component of any curtain wall, and their quality, accuracy, and consistency directly affect both the performance and appearance of the finished facade.
We supply glass panels for curtain wall systems to the dimensions and specifications provided by the facade contractor or system supplier. Panels can be supplied as single-pane, laminated, or IGU units depending on the system and performance requirements. All panels are cut on our CNC table and processed in-house — tempering, laminating, and IGU assembly are all available as part of a single supply package.
For large commercial projects, we work directly with the main contractor or facade specialist to agree a supply programme that matches the installation sequence. Early engagement is recommended — curtain wall projects often have tight programmes and the glass is on the critical path.

What to think about before ordering
System compatibility
Glass thickness and edge clearance must match the curtain wall system's rebate dimensions. Provide us with the system specification and we will confirm.
Panel sizes
Large-format panels require careful handling and transport planning. We will advise on maximum panel sizes achievable and packaging requirements.
Glass specification
Solar control, thermal performance, and visual appearance requirements all influence glass selection. We can advise on suitable options for your climate and orientation.
Programme
Curtain wall glass is typically on the critical path. Discuss your installation programme with us early so we can schedule production and delivery accordingly.
