WE PROCESS GLASS FOR THE TRADE.
CNC cutting, edge polishing, tempering, and IGU assembly — all in-house at our Lahore facility. We work with glass merchants, contractors, and fabricators who need accurate, reliable processing.
Our processing services support glass businesses, contractors and fabricators. Share your glass specifications, quantities and required processing stages with our team. We will confirm material arrangements, feasibility, pricing and scheduling for your order.
See Our ProductsCNC Glass Cutting
Computer-controlled cutting for straight lines, angles, curves, and complex shapes across a wide range of glass types and thicknesses.
Our CNC cutting table uses computer-controlled toolpaths to cut glass to your exact dimensions and shapes. Whether you need simple rectangular panels, angled cuts, or complex curved profiles, the machine follows the same programmed path every time — eliminating the inconsistency of manual scoring and breaking.
Send dimensioned drawings or a clear written specification with your inquiry. If you have a DXF file, let our team know so we can confirm the drawing requirements. Cutting tolerances and repeat-order arrangements are agreed for each job based on glass type and thickness.
CNC cutting is the first step in most processing chains. Panels cut here can proceed directly to edge polishing, tempering, or IGU assembly without leaving the facility — reducing handling, lead time, and the risk of damage in transit.
Typical Workflow
Typical Trade Uses
- Glass merchants requiring cut-to-size stock
- Fabricators needing shaped panels for framing systems
- Contractors cutting to site-measured dimensions
- Shower and balustrade fabricators needing precise shapes
Information Needed for a Quote
- Glass type and thickness
- Dimensions or DXF file
- Quantity and any repeat schedule
- Whether further processing (polishing, tempering) is required
Edge Polishing & Finishing
Machine polishing for clean, safe, and architecturally finished glass edges — straight, bevelled, or shaped profiles.
A raw cut glass edge is sharp and visually unfinished. Our edge polishing machine grinds and polishes the edge to a smooth, clear finish that is safe to handle, meets architectural requirements, and is suitable for exposed applications such as frameless shower screens, glass balustrades, and display cases.
We offer flat polished edges as standard, with pencil and bevelled profiles available depending on glass type and thickness. Edge finishing is typically specified alongside CNC cutting but can also be applied to panels cut elsewhere — bring your glass to us and we will finish the edges to your specification.
For tempered glass, edge polishing must be completed before the glass enters the tempering furnace. We sequence polishing and tempering as part of a single processing run where both are required, so you do not need to manage the handoff between stages.
Typical Workflow
Typical Trade Uses
- Frameless shower screen fabricators
- Balustrade and railing glass suppliers
- Display case and furniture glass
- Any application where exposed edges will be visible
Information Needed for a Quote
- Glass dimensions and thickness
- Edge profile required (flat polish, pencil, bevel)
- Number of edges per panel

Tempering (Toughening)
Heat treatment that produces toughened safety glass — significantly stronger than annealed glass and designed to break safely.
Tempering is a thermal process: glass panels are heated to near their softening point in our furnace, then rapidly cooled. This creates a surface compression that makes the glass significantly stronger than standard annealed glass and causes it to break into small, relatively harmless fragments rather than large dangerous shards.
Tempered glass is required by building codes for many applications — balustrades, shower enclosures, glass doors, low-level glazing, and anywhere people are likely to come into contact with the glass. We process panels to your specification and can confirm suitability for your application before processing begins.
Tempering is irreversible. Once a panel has been tempered, it cannot be cut, drilled, or notched — all such work must be completed beforehand. We manage this sequence in-house: CNC cutting, edge polishing, drilling, and notching are all completed before the panel enters the furnace.
Typical Workflow
Typical Trade Uses
- Shower screen and enclosure fabricators
- Balustrade and railing glass suppliers
- Glass door and partition manufacturers
- Contractors requiring code-compliant safety glass
Information Needed for a Quote
- Glass type and thickness (minimum thickness applies)
- Dimensions — all cutting must be finalised before tempering
- Whether edge polishing or drilling is also required
- Quantity and programme
IGU Manufacturing & Assembly
Fully automatic IGU line producing ISO 9001 certified, European-standard double-glazed sealed units at over 250 units per day.
Our fully automatic IGU production line assembles double-glazed sealed units to European standards. The line handles spacer application, gas filling, primary and secondary sealing, and final inspection as a continuous automated process — removing the inconsistency of manual assembly and ensuring every unit meets the same quality standard.
Our IGU manufacturing process is ISO 9001 certified. This means our quality management system — covering incoming material inspection, production process controls, and final unit inspection — has been independently audited and certified. ISO 9001 is a certification of the production process, not a product performance test, but it is the foundation of the 10-year warranty we offer on our IGU units.
We produce over 250 units per day on our automated line, making us a reliable supply partner for contractors and developers working on large commercial or residential projects. Lead times and scheduling are confirmed at order stage. Our IGU units are also available as a finished product — see our IGU product page for full specification and application guidance.
Typical Workflow
Typical Trade Uses
- Curtain wall and facade contractors
- Window and door fabricators
- Developers specifying thermal or acoustic glazing
- Glass merchants supplying IGU to the trade
